Refunds & Returns
We will accept returns and provide you with a replacement, store credit, exchange, or refund for the following reasons:
The item you received does not match the description provided.
The item you received is damaged. You must be present for the delivery, and you must notify us of damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. Please send a photo of the damaged item to admin@prettywetroom.au Please insure that items are inspected prior to installation. We cannot accept claims if items are damaged during or after installation.
The item you received is faulty.
You change your mind. A Restocking Fee of 10% of the item value will be applicable on any Change of Mind refund so please choose carefully. The buyer will also be responsible for the shipping cost. However, we are not able to return, refund or exchange any Custom-made products, or any items specifically cut to size or to specifications.
We are not able to return or refund toilet seats if packaging has been opened - due to health reasons.
We are not able to return or refund Commercial quantities orders.
All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Any item that has been accepted by our admin team for a return must be delivered back to our warehouse within 28 days of receiving the goods. The item must be in its original packaging. The item and packaging must be undamaged. The item must not have been installed or used.
If the item was delivered, any delivery fees paid are non-refundable.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on what to do next.
