We are happy to arrange delivery to most areas across Australia. If your postcode is coming up as unable to deliver, please contact us at admin@prettywetroom.au We will do our best to arrange a delivery to your location.
We use multiple carriers to get you the best delivery price possible. A delivery fee will apply based on your location and size of the package. On occasion human error might mean that the dimensions have been entered incorrectly and this will produce a high shipping fee. If you are unhappy with the live shipping quote on the website, please contact us.
Delivery times may vary due to product availability, size of item/s or proximity to delivery location. We stick a lot of items and pick up from some of our suppliers so this means we can ship your products out with in 1 to 2 days. If the product is coming from interstate, it may take a week for us to ship your items. If you have a strict time frame please contact us and we can giver you a better time estimate Please keeping in mind we don't have control over the courier companies however we will do our best to ship your items as quickly as possible.
The delivery charge covers delivery of items to a driveway, front of house or curb, not into a house or building.
We will not deliver to PO Boxes or lockers.
We will not deliver to destinations that we might consider a risk for our drivers.
We will not deliver to places that are unreasonable to get to. Please let our team know if you have access difficulties to your delivery address.
We know customers don’t want to wait for their order so in most cases we will use authority to leave. If you would prefer your package to not be left, please let us know in the comments.
Some very remote locations may not be accessible by our logistics suppliers and your items will be delivered to the nearest transport depot or Post Office. You will be advised by our delivery company if this is the case.
Re-delivery fees will apply if the driver is unable to deliver products when they arrive to site.
